When you create a storybook, we collect the information you provide: your email address, your grandchild's first name, age, appearance details, and interests. We also collect voice recordings you choose to make and payment information processed securely by Stripe.

How We Use It

We use your information solely to create and deliver your personalized storybook, process payments, and send your book via email. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Storage

Your storybook data, PDFs, and audio recordings are stored securely using industry-standard cloud services. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your credit card details.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at help@grand-story.com.
